What to expect from the workshop
In this English spoken workshop, we will explore step by step how transgressive behaviour arises, how to recognise it, and the role organisational culture plays. You will be given concrete tools to respond effectively and to support lasting culture change. The first part of the day focuses on building insight. In the second part, we will work through practical cases brought in by the participants themselves.
Programme
- Introduction and objectives: getting to know each other, exploring the importance of culture change and the aims of the workshop.
- What is transgressive behaviour and how does it arise?: an exploration of different forms of transgressive behaviour. A closer look at how such behaviour develops and persists over time.
- The role of organisational culture: how does workplace culture influence behaviour? What impact do incidents involving transgressive behaviour have on the culture? And what types of culture are more vulnerable to this kind of behaviour?
- Recognising the signs: learning to recognise warning signs and how to deal with cultures of silence.
- Strategies for culture change, based on participants’ own cases: what steps are needed to initiate a targeted and effective cultural shift? Learning from best practices, selecting the right interventions, modelling desirable behaviour, and managing resistance.
- Summary, practical tips, and space for questions and feedback
Who is it for?
This workshop is intended for professionals who want to contribute to a safe and resilient workplace culture. Whether you’re in a leadership position, developing HR policy, or supporting colleagues, this workshop provides the insights and tools you need to make a real impact.
Practical information
This in-company workshop will take a day, from 9:30 am to 5 pm. Each group will have a maximum of 12 participants and a minimum of 6. The cost is 3000 euro per group (excluding VAT). The session will take place inside your company or at a convenient located venue. In this case travel, accommodation and venue expenses will be charged. The workshop could also be given online. This will lead to no extra costs.
