Presentation:
Recognising criminal interference in your own organisation

How do you recognise the signs of criminal interference and what can you do if you encounter it?

During this one-hour presentation by Alex Straathof, participants will gain practical insights and concrete tools to recognise criminal interference within their own organisation early and to respond to it with care. In his role as professor of applied sciences at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Alex Straathof has carried out extensive research into criminal interference together with his team.

Using recognisable examples, he will discuss possible warning signs, the impact of criminal interference on organisational culture, and the dilemmas that can arise. There will also be attention to the steps that employees, team leaders and managers can take if they suspect criminal interference.

Beforehand, we will discuss the wishes and needs of the participants, so that the content fits their own practice and the challenges within their organisation.
The cost, including the preliminary discussion, is €750, excluding VAT.
